David Ehrhardt - Chief Executive Officer

Responsibilities: Overall Management of company strategy, operations, performance.
Career Highlights: Prior to joining Apptix, David was the Chief Operating Officer of Spheris, Inc. a $210M company that provided technology solutions for the healthcare market.  Previously, he served as Chief Operating Officer, and earlier CFO, of HealthScribe, which was acquired by Spheris in December 2004.  Earlier in his career, he was the CFO of CompuCare and spent several years at Ernst & Young.
Education:

B.S. in Accounting, Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University

Chris Mack - Chief Financial Officer

Responsibilities: Oversight and management of finance, accounting, tax, legal and human resources.
Career Highlights: Chris leads Apptix's Finance, Accounting, Human Resources and Internal IT organizations at apptix. He joined Apptix from Anystream, where he served as the CFO. Prior to that, he held the positions of CFO and Senior Vice President of Operations for Spheris, CFO of HealthScribe, and President and CFO of ITC Learning Corporation. Mr. Mack is a Certified Public Accountant and brings significant expertise to his role at Apptix, including extensive experience managing the finances and operations of public companies.
Education:

B.S. in Accounting, Shepherd University

John Kersse - Chief Technology Officer

Responsibilities: Directing and administering all information technology operations.
Career Highlights: Prior to joining Apptix, John spent over six years at Network Solutions, where he was responsible for all aspects of Technology-based systems and Software Quality Management. Previously, John spent 12 years at NASDAQ, where he managed operations for its Maryland-based Technical Operations and Disaster Recovery/Business Continuity division. John also spent two years at PSINet, overseeing the company’s technical operations in Virginia, New York, and Massachusetts. John began his IT career at Management Technology, and at the Department of Commerce’s National Oceanic and Atmospheric Association (NOAA).
Education:

B.S. in Business Administration from Longwood College and the University of Phoenix.


Maysoon Al-Hasso - Vice President, Marketing

Responsibilities: Oversight of product and corporate marketing strategies. Management of marketing and product management organizations.
Career Highlights: Maysoon joined Apptix in 2007, bringing with her over 15 years experience in high-tech marketing. Prior to Apptix, Maysoon provided strategic marketing consulting services to small, medium and large technology companies, including AOL. She has led marketing organizations at several enterprise technology companies including Sterling Software and Texas Instruments Software. Most recently, Ms. Al-Hasso served as a Vice President at CA, driving a variety of functions including Marketing, Public Affairs, and Business Strategy & Communications.
Education: B.S. in Management Sciences – University of Manchester (UK)


Chris Damvakaris - Vice President, Sales & Business Development

Responsibilities: Management of direct and channel sales.
Career Highlights: Chris is responsible for setting Apptix' sales strategy across all brands, focused on both direct sales and channel development. Prior to joining Apptix, Mr. Damvakaris was the Vice President of Business Development and Product Marketing at Spryance. He has also worked in sales and business development leadership positions at HealthScribe, Honeywell-PMS and QuadraMed.

B.S. in Business Administration, Old Dominion University

Donald Dimon - General Manager, MailStreet

Responsibilities: Management of the MailStreet organization and strategy.
Career Highlights: Prior to joining Apptix, Donald was President and Founder of the MailStreet hosted collaboration service. MailStreet business was acquired by Apptix in December of 2005. At the time of the acquisition the company had over 4,000 customers and 25,000 subscribers.

Prior to MailStreet, Donald was a web development architect for a variety of large-scale online projects including All American Semiconductor's Direct Ecommerce Platform, AAA Internet's HotelPlus Portal and the US Army's AKO Army Knowledge Online project.
